Located near the southern edge of Miami-Dade County, Homestead is known for its charming neighborhoods, agricultural roots, and proximity to Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. But living in South Florida means residents are no strangers to flooding, tropical storms, and plumbing issues—all of which can lead to serious water damage. That’s where Homestead Water Damage Restoration comes in. We specialize in fast, reliable, and professional water damage services designed to protect your home or business and restore it to its original condition.

From roof leaks after a storm to burst pipes and overflowing appliances, we’re available 24/7 to respond to emergencies throughout Homestead. Whether you live in Waterstone, Keys Gate, or anywhere along Campbell Drive, our certified technicians are just a call away. We know time is critical—water can seep into floors, walls, and even foundations within minutes. That’s why our team is equipped with powerful extraction and drying tools to stop the damage in its tracks and start the recovery immediately.

Our process begins with a complete inspection using thermal imaging and moisture meters to detect both surface and hidden water damage. Once the issue is diagnosed, we move quickly to remove standing water, dry the affected areas with industrial-strength air movers and dehumidifiers, and sanitize to prevent mold growth. Whether it’s your home or commercial property, we tailor our approach to meet your specific needs, minimizing disruption and maximizing results.

Homestead’s location makes it especially vulnerable to heavy rain and hurricane-related flooding. That’s why we go beyond just drying your space—we also reinforce your property against future damage. Our technicians offer guidance on waterproofing, drainage improvements, and mold prevention strategies tailored to the local climate.

If you’ve suffered property damage due to a plumbing issue, storm surge, or sewer backup, Homestead Water Damage Restoration is the name to trust. Our restoration services cover everything from replacing damaged drywall and flooring to restoring furniture and personal belongings. We handle both the big picture and the small details—so you can focus on getting life back to normal.

About Homestead, FL

Homestead is a city within Miami-Dade County in the U.S. state of Florida, between Biscayne National Park to the east and Everglades National Park to the west. Homestead is primarily a Miami suburb and a major agricultural area. It is a principal city of the Miami metropolitan area, which was home to an estimated 6,012,331 people at the 2015 census. Homestead was incorporated in 1913 and is the second oldest city in Miami-Dade County next to the city of Miami. It is located approximately 26 miles (42 km) southwest of Miami, and 25 miles (40 km) northwest of Key Largo. The name originates from when the Florida East Coast Railway extension to Key West was being built. The rail line was passing through an area opened up for homesteading, and as the construction camp at the end of the line did not have a particular name, construction materials and supplies for the workers were consigned to "Homestead Country", shortened to "Homestead" by the engineers who mapped the area. The population was 60,512 at the 2010 census. Homestead and neighboring South Miami-Dade County communities bore the brunt of Category 5 Hurricane Andrew on August 24, 1992. The city of Homestead is located near the southern terminus of the Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike where it ends at its junction with U.S. 1.
