Coral Springs Water Damage Restoration…

Fast, Reliable, & Professional Services

Living in Coral Springs means enjoying well-planned neighborhoods, lush parks, and a strong sense of community—but like all areas in South Florida, it’s not immune to sudden water damage. From flash flooding and pipe bursts to AC leaks and appliance overflows, even a small water incident can quickly spiral into serious damage. That’s why Wellington Water Damage Restoration proudly offers expert, 24/7 emergency water damage restoration services to homeowners and businesses across Coral Springs.

When water enters your home or business, time is critical. Our IICRC-certified technicians arrive fast, fully equipped to assess the situation and begin immediate extraction. Whether you’re in a single-family home near Cypress Park or managing a commercial property near The Walk on University Drive, our team is trained to respond quickly and effectively. We use powerful, industrial-grade pumps, vacuums, and dehumidifiers to remove every trace of water and moisture—preventing the kind of secondary damage that can lead to mold, odor, or structural decay.

Coral Springs is known for its strict building codes and clean city initiatives. At Wellington Water Damage Restoration, we follow the same high standards. Our restoration process begins with a detailed evaluation, identifying not only the visible damage but also any hidden pockets of moisture that can create future problems. We document every step to assist you with your insurance claim and ensure transparency from start to finish.

Once standing water is removed, we begin structural drying using thermal imaging to track moisture behind walls, under flooring, and in ceiling cavities. This meticulous approach ensures your property is thoroughly dried and protected from mold growth. If mold is already present or suspected, we offer complete mold remediation to restore your home or business to a safe and healthy condition.

As part of our full-service restoration, we also handle the repairs. Whether it’s replacing soaked drywall, restoring hardwood floors, or repainting affected areas, our goal is to return your space to its original—or even better—condition. Coral Springs homes and businesses are built with quality in mind, and we work hard to match that expectation in every project we complete.

We also know that dealing with water damage goes beyond the physical work. That’s why our team assists with every part of the recovery process—including communicating with your insurance company. We help document damage, file claims, and make sure you get the support you’re entitled to. It’s one less thing for you to worry about in an already stressful time.

What sets Wellington Water Damage Restoration apart is our commitment to personalized service. We understand that no two properties—or water emergencies—are the same. Whether you’re dealing with a kitchen leak in Ramblewood or storm damage in Kensington, our team tailors our approach to meet your specific needs and timelines. We’re local, we’re experienced, and we’re dedicated to protecting what matters most to you.

About Coral Springs, FL

Coral Springs, officially the City of Coral Springs, is a city in Broward County, Florida, United States, approximately 20 miles (32 km) northwest of Fort Lauderdale. As of the 2010 United States Census, the city had a population of 121,096. It is a principal city of the Miami metropolitan area, which was home to an estimated 6,012,331 people at the 2015 census. The city, officially chartered on July 10, 1963, was master-planned and primarily developed by Coral Ridge Properties, Inc., which was acquired by Westinghouse in 1966. The city's name is derived from the company's name, and was selected after several earlier proposals had been considered and rejected. Despite the name, there are no natural springs in the city; Florida's springs are found in the central and northern portions of the state.During the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s the young city grew rapidly, adding over 35,000 residents each decade. Coral Springs has notably strict building codes, which are designed to maintain the city's distinctive aesthetic appeal. The city government's effective fiscal management has maintained high bond ratings, and the city has won accolades for its overall livability, its low crime rate, and its family-friendly orientation. == History == Coral Springs is a planned community. Prior to its incorporation as a city in July 1963, the area which is now Coral Springs was part of 20,000 acres (81 km2) of marshy lands bought by Henry Lyons between 1911 and 1939.
